ISA Journey for the year 2016-17

Kids' Kingdom Public School is very privileged to be a part of the highly coveted British Council International School Award as we are the first School in Nanded to be working on the ISA. International School Award (ISA) is a global benchmarking project of British Council that recognizes the outstanding work done by Schools that are committed to develop international dimension in the curriculum to help young learners to become effective global citizens. The responsibility of bringing international dimension to the School was assigned to the team of teachers. As a coordinator, I am gratified by the way our Management, Principal, team of teachers and students have worked with the single goal of taking learning beyond the confines of our classrooms. Post briefing session, new pedagogies with international ethos were used to prepare the Action Plan. On the approval of Action Plan, teachers under the guidance of Principal implemented the activities and the desired outcomes were achieved. The whole school worked with great passion and zeal in their attempt to bring the 'International policy' of the school into practice. Breaking down stereotype was certainly not easy and it was a next to impossible chore to establish links or collaborate with schools from other countries.
